How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all in-stock products within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. During peak times, dispatch may take longer than usual. Most orders are shipped via StarTrack, which typically delivers within 1–3 business days. For orders consisting only of stickers, we use Australia Post; these shipments may not have tracking available but should arrive within 2–5 business days.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen during delivery?
If your order is lost, damaged or stolen during delivery, you will need to submit a claim using this link: https://case-mdi.nti.com.au/
Claims are handled by NTI, a third-party insurer. We cannot expedite this process, and contacting us will slow it down as we would need to walk you through completing the form. Once your claim is lodged, a member of NTI will contact you to resolve the issue.
Do we have a change of mind policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Store credit will be issued if the item is:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date; and
- Unused, unopened and in new sellable condition; and
- In its original packaging
Returns are at the purchaser’s expense unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
